Cancel Account/No visible difference

I received the tiny introductory group for about $80. Then, they ran another $107 through my bank account, causing several things to bounce in my account. I'm livid because you can't reach a human to cancel!!! I'm going to join a lawsuit group against Crepe Erase. I've used it every single day and I see no visible difference. CE customer service is a joke, there is none!

I am highly disappointed that they are discontinuing the dark spot remover. It actually works. Why would they do that to the customers?????? I guess I’ll have to find a new line of products

I didnt use regularly & thus was expensive.for me. I called the customer service dept. to share my issues & cancel. I was very impressed with the young lady that assisted me. She worked with me to identify what I needed & what would work for the company. She never made me feel bad about my position just tried to work with me while keeping me connected until next June for sure. Keep this lady.

After making order and charged 65.36 .I realized on the receipt they would send monthly shipments.I called and told them to cancel order and they said already shipped ,asked for tracking number and denouncements ,they said they did not have yet .They said I would have to send it back to get refund .Next I called and told them to cancel the renewal now and they sent me a email they did ,next day they hit my card again for 64.16 .This place should be shutdown

Customer service is awful. Sent products without my permission and charged $317.81. Had to pay over $32 in shipping to return and the company also charged me to ship the products to me without my authorization. I posted a poor review on their website and was immediately removed.
