Need info on body repair treatment
All I wanted was the exfoliant and the body repair. I told her that I had used the other products but I had a allergic reaction.
All she did was interupt me and kept offering other items.

I quit my subscription but have been billed & was told my product was on its way June. 28.
I have not received it. I’m gojng tk call again tk see where my products are.
I quit my membership, but still havent received my last shipment that was already charged to my account 3 weeks ago. Id like my last shipment please?

I was led to believe I ordered the special promotion for a discounted price with only one discounted payment. That was not the case.
It involved three separate payments. Future offers need to be more explicit.

Charges.
Initiated the first sample kit. Nothing else.
Month or so later received the big kit. Called to tell them I did not order it and did not want it. The man otp proceeded to tell me that he would take off half of the price and I could keep the product. I then replied I did not order this, I do not want it nor do I want to pay for it.
He then said hed take the entire cost off of my card and I could keep the product. Told him multiple times I would mail it back because I was not trying to get it for free. I just didnt order it and wasnt paying for it. He said no worries, he had removed the charges, I could keep the product and was I satisfied with our phone conversation.
I thanked him and told him yes I was.
Checked my account and I was charged $91 for it. Called and the guy said he did take off the last 2 months but I had to send it back to be refunded the 1st month. I told him I tried several times to tell the man I would send it back. He said I would not be refunded that $91 unless the product was returned.
I proceeded to tell him that Crepe Erase was sneaky, and not truthful.
It was wrong and I would proceed to let everyone I could know about their sneaky tactics.
Do NOT buy from them. The product doesnt work anyway!!

To. Cancel a subscription that I did Not sign up for
I did not sign up for a subscription..I've been ill and haven't even used the 1 that I ordered. Then another one was delivered to my mail box yes6.
I can't afford this product.Please cancel and I tell me how to return box delivered to me and refund my credit.

Unwanted order received
I still do not have an updated email stating what my responsibility is. I cannot believe you have pissed consumer as your contact. Such LOW CLASS
Received order I never agreed to. Wonderful way of describing.a customer PISSED such low class.
Do not send me any more product. I will never order from Crepe Erase again.

This company is a scam
I tried reaching this company by chat and phone. On July 12 I spoke with Leah at customer support.
She cancelled my subscription told me I did not need to return the product, which I never ordered, and all charges would be credited. I was charged one payment and the other two would be waived.
I believe I was credited for the first charge of $111+ I haven’t seen any additional charges or credits as of this date. This company is definitely a scam and very difficult to deal with.
Received product I never ordered and I am being charged $300+ impossible to get issues resolved. Scam

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. If I return the shipment, I will get a refund.
I have to pay postage . I'd suggest not ordering the introductory set unless you are aware that you will automatically be billed for monthly shipments at a higher price.
There was no answer to the phone call. I will have to try again another day. I hate that they don't provide an opportunity to contact customer service via their website and that by purchasing a sample, I was unknowingly subscribed.

- - Used Crêpe Erase Neck/repair ~2 weeks, twice daily.
- - Warming at night; red irritation/burn developed; no email or log option from support.
I have been using the Crêpe Erase Neck /repair Treatment L-T5238A for approximately 2 weeks per instructions twice a day. I started feeling a warming sensation when applied at night.
When I woke up on 1-25-26 I observed a red looking irritation it became worse over the next couple of days and appeared to be a burn similar to a sunburn. I tried to put aloe gel and another lotion to sooth however, it burned so bad I had to placed cold wash cloths upon the area. I tried to warn the customer service rep that I thought there may be a problem with this specific lot, but she said she had no way to record the information.
Then I asked for an email to issue the complaint and submit photos and was told there was no email address. As a former Quality Manager for a Hair and Skin Care manufacturer I find this a very unprofessional and irresponsible way of handling customer complaints.
