I called to complain that I was being charged for products I wasn't receiving. A woman explained that I was paying for the products in small payments rather than one large one. She said that another shipment was on the way and that I should return it and I would be credited.

The shipment has arrived. It is the complete 'care' collection of products. There are no directions for returning the product.

No address, account number, etc. I cannot reach the company via e-mail. Every web site I click on is blocked as being potentially harmful to my computer. I called a customer service number but it was not answered.

I am very frustrated. I don't want to pay for returning a product I don't want.
